Lenape Builders Inc

The Lenape (pronounced Len-a-pE) organization formed in 1978 and was named for a region of Chester County, Pennsylvania in which the original partners were looking to invest and develop. The region was named for the Lenni Lenape Indian Tribe who were among the earliest residents of the Mid-Atlantic region along the Delaware River in New York, New Jersey and Delaware. Though the project never evolved the name remained and the company went on to become what is today, Lenape Builders Incorporated. Having built thousands of homes over the past 35 years, Lenape Builders Inc. has built a diverse portfolio of quality new homes throughout Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We at Lenape Builders pride ourselves on our ability to meet the needs of any customer. In addition to the quality homes we offer in our planned communities Lenape Builders continues to offer our services to clients interested in Construction Management, Custom Home Design & Building, Home Additions and Renovations, and Light Commercial Construction. Still owned and managed by one of its founding partners Lenape Builders, Inc. continues in our commitment to our past customers that have made us who we are today, our present customers that have partnered to allow our success to continue and our future customers what will guide us into the future.
