Lenox Development Group began in 2008 with the vision of generating real estate development opportunities that will drive business growth and give new life to unused areas. Our journey started during the financial and housing crisis of the Great Recession. However, despite the challenges of that period, we were profitable through our innovative approach to the high-end salon market.
Prior to forming Lenox Development Group, our foundering partners played a key role in the SouthEnd and NoDa projects in Charlotte. Since the start of the company, we have always been focused on creating unique mixed-use and high-end development projects. We continue to specialize in all facets of commercial real estate development. We invest, develop, and manage a variety of properties. We do our best work by taking unwanted and forgotten spaces and making them into places people desire to be.
Where others see underdeveloped land, we see a blank canvas and the chance to build something special. When historic buildings are neglected, we know there is an opportunity to pay tribute to the past and design something new for the future.
