The musical selection, through the involvement of local and international artists, guides Lento's concept, translating its exploration, research anD continuous hybridisation into a lived space, capable of triggering continuous social relations. The cuisine offers a reworking of oriental dishes, such as Chops Way. The drinks, such as Sexy Pummarola, tell the story of suggestions derived from musical culture. We take ourselves too seriously, ‘yet another natural wine and tapas bar, oriental!’, perhaps only the music will save us.
