Lermonos Vineyard & Winery is the story of a journey rooted in the sunlit highlands of Çal, Denizli. Founded in 2003 with viticulture, we nurtured 30 hectares of organic-certified vineyards at 850 meters above sea level, honoring the land and its terroir.
In 2021, we transitioned into winemaking, transforming nearly two decades of expertise into wines that reflect the unique soil, wind, and sun of Çal.
Our winery has an 880,000-bottle capacity, yet we intentionally limit annual production to 250,000 bottles—a conscious choice to ensure exceptional quality and authenticity. Today, we craft 30 distinctive wines, combining indigenous Turkish grapes such as Çal Karası, Kalecik Karası, Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Sultaniye, Narince, and Bornova Misketi with international classics like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
Every bottle tells the story of Çal’s terroir—organically grown, sustainably crafted, and accessible to all.
