Culture emblématique d’une région, elle est semée et récoltée sur le territoire par 200 planteurs. Nous la transformons ensuite pour répondre à de multiples usages : boissons, alimentation, soin, pet food…
Nos 166 ans d’histoire nous ont permis de découvrir les milles vertus de la chicorée. Source de fibre, non excitante, elle apporte de nombreux bienfaits à ses consommateurs (humains comme non humains).
