Les Otentiks Studio Ltee is a boutique design studio specialised in interior design and renovation, and general architecture. We invest in bringing sophisticated and innovative design and ideas that involve new projects and/or renovation of existing residential houses. We also provide lighting design with model of lighting as approved by the client, power sockets calculations and positioning as per the client's choice. We ensure that our ideas are of friendly use and comply with our BS standards. We also prepare furniture layout with model of furniture and we do detailed custom drawing of furniture for suppliers to manufacture. We further provide 3D renderings in order to have a better view of the space. Our main aim is to offer high quality and flexible services while meeting our clients expectations and be attentive to their choices and ideas.
