Vous avez des denrées végétales à transformer, vous contactez l'enteprise pour fixer un rendez-vous. Vous pouvez consulter le "Menu" en vitrine ou sur une page internet. Vous choisissez votre recette et votre taille de conditionnement (format adapté aux enfants, format repas 2 personnes ou format famillial).
A l'arrivée à l'atelier, nous pesons ensemble les fruits et légumes par catégories, vous décidez du nom à apposer sur l'étiquette des pots. L'entreprise établi un devis avec une partie fixe correspondant au poids de denrées apporté et une partie estimative correspondant au nombre de pots conditionnés. Les pots sont consignés mais certains éléments doivent être renouvelés à chaque conditionnement (joints, couvercles…) un surcout sera appliqué au plus petits conditionnement du fait de la charge de travail supplémentaire.
