Mary Kay® introducerades i Norden 1992 av Ann och Bo Wallblom. Verksamheten ägs och drivs av familjen Wallbloms helägda bolag Lesley Cosmetics AB. Introduktionen i Norge av Mary Kays drömföretag för kvinnor skedde 1993. År 1997 lanserades Mary Kay i Finland. I Norden arbetar idag fler än 23000 kvinnor med att sprida Mary Kay Ashs dröm och vision vidare. Det nordiska huvudkontoret med tillhörande distribution är beläget i Mölndal, strax söder om Göteborg.
