Les Trois Toits Winery

Already renowned for its rigor and discretion, Domaine Les Trois Toits is a benchmark in the commune of Vertou. After 25 years of passionate work, Hubert Rousseau is handing over the estate to Vincent Barbier and Cécile Perraud. The estate is ready to welcome new energy for the implementation of sustainable production methods and the development of export markets. The goal is to promote Muscadet internationally, while remaining a local leader, close to the people of Vertou and a driving force in environmental transition. Every day, we work to reveal our soils and grape varieties in the glass we proudly offer you. Our innovative agroecological practices and free vinification methods accompany this long process of transforming grapes into wine, drawing on the energy of our soils.
