Starting our journey in late 2022 from a small pub in Shoreditch with our first project ‘’Crunch’’ - a project aiming to rescue the sandwich from the bland and boring. Crunch rapidly gained traction in east London, and Not even a year later, crunch now has a storefront, a large CPU and is ready for site rollout. This is when we realised there is a lot to do in London’s food scene, and it is also when our team made a promise to elevate the standards of fast casual dining Across London and beyond.
We are now excited to open our second concept ‘’kushi’’ which will honor the art of charcoal cooking, offering people in Spitalfields market a chance to try high-end cooking at an accessible price point.
Our journey just begins here, we plan to keep rejuvenating this industry in the years to come, making sure to keep adding trendy, tasty, and high-quality concepts to keep the food scene more alive than ever.
