Let Me Cook a été le lauréat 2018 du Réseau Entreprendre pour son projet de restauration 2.0 : la création d'un nouveau concept de restaurant pour des plats hauts de gamme, exclusivement à emporter.
Let Me Cook se positionne sur deux créneaux :
- la restauration haut de gamme avec le choix d'ingrédients sélectionnés auprès des meilleurs fournisseurs et des plats préparés "à la minute", et à la demande uniquement.
- le digital avec la création d'une application mobile pour pré-commander et personnaliser les plats selon ses goûts. A terme, une communauté sera développée autour des plats et de leur personnalisation. Les consommateurs pourront également proposer leurs propres recettes afin qu'elles soient ajoutées à la carte et gagner, ainsi, des points de fidélité.
Let Me Cook concerne tout consommateur "connecté" évoluant dans un environnement urbain.
