The Letap Group Inc. is a family organization that has been in real estate development, construction and the food and beverage businesses since 1999. It has been present in major markets throughout northern California and northwest Nevada. It is an ever-growing organization consisting of a group of diverse and dynamic people who strive for excellence. Letap Group at one point employed over 4,000 employees and currently employs over 1000+ employees within California and northern Nevada. The food and beverage arm of Letap Group & its affiliates are comprised of franchise restaurants and master agreements for national franchises. Akki Patel, CEO of Letap Group, was awarded the Subway Franchisee of the Year award in 2017. Patel holds a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego. He also leads all new strategic partnerships for Letap Group.
