Lets Connect Support Services has a vision for delivering services that truly meet customer needs. We understand that the journey to NDIS participation can be confusing and daunting for some people. So, our strategy initially is to work with customers to make that journey as stress free as possible, and then work to develop individualised supports that help customers get the best outcomes from their plans. Our commitment to customers is to support them to find the supports of their choice that suitably meet their needs. Our aim is to provide a totally independent service based entirely on the customer, who they are and what they have a need for in their life right now.
