Let's Unpack It (LUI)

A youth-led, non-profit organization established in January 2020, with a mission to empower Caribbean Youth to make mental health a lived reality. Our Key Objectives are to: (i) bring awareness to the traditionally undiscussed topic of mental health (ii) challenge archaic approaches to mental health and eliminate the stigma surrounding Mental Health in the Caribbean (iii) empower young people to speak up about mental health (iv) advocate for the implementation of comprehensive national mental health policy in our target countries (v) ensure that young people are aware of and feel empowered to access quality mental health services
