Let's Botanize

Let’s Botanize is an educational nonprofit working to spread curiosity, knowledge, and appreciation of plants. We are democratizing the study of plant biology by creating academically rigorous but accessible content for social media, as well as innovative and engaging in-person workshops and presentations. Plants form the foundation of nearly every ecosystem on earth. Without plants, not only human life, but all life as we know it could not exist. Yet, we humans tend to see plants as merely the background to animal life. We are out to change that. We believe that learning about plants not only enriches our lives as individuals, but will also empower us to act collectively as better stewards of this planet as we combat the biodiversity and climate crises.
