When he led the Capital Attraction Program for the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, he doubled the number of venture funds in that market in two years. Carl is a founding board member of the Austin Venture Association and maintains a professional network of over sixteen thousand CXOs, board members, and investors. He is also an advisor, mentor, and board member for multiple companies.
