At PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was responsible for a total market share increase of 33 percent in two years for the market he was responsible. When he led the Capital Attraction Program for the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, he doubled the number of venture funds in that market in two years. Carl is a founding board member of the Austin Venture Association and maintains a professional network of over sixteen thousand CXOs, board members, and investors. He is also an advisor, mentor, and board member for multiple companies.
