Leung, Congress for the New Urbanism – Accredited Professional has extensive practice in the United States and internationally in Central America, Caribbean, and Asia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China for forty years. We serve our clients with creativity, innovative solutions, and providing the highest level of client service. As a firm, we collaborate with multi-disciplinary consulting teams of various specialties, working with clients and citizens to build consensus around a vision for the project. This vision aids in the decision making process, establishing sustainable goals and objectives. Collaboration with the best professionals in their field allows us to deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients. We follow projects from inception to fruition, beginning with visioning workshop through implementation.
