Level Up Cincinnati is a nonprofit organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio that is improving diversity and inclusion for future leadership. Through one-on-one coaching, scholarship funds, training programs, and networking opportunities, we help, first-generation students from disadvantaged backgrounds excel in college and provide a springboard for their careers.
Students enrolled in Level Up Cincinnati will gain access to professional networks and exposure to industries that might otherwise be unavailable. Motivated young thinkers connect with the program to break into fields that are otherwise unfamiliar or inaccessible, bringing talent and new ideas.
We move beyond helping students clarify their goals and connect with mentors; we provide the support young leaders need to thrive as they pursue careers. In turn, these up-and-coming professionals will transform the industries they engage with and pave the way for a more diverse and equitable future.
