My background:
I have been a teacher of many subjects, business owner and manager of people in the tech industry. I have pursued a dream of being a successful touring musician, only to have realized a much smaller version of that. I have survived and recovered from addiction, depression and major injuries. Thru my own dark struggles of stress and anxiety I have discovered many wonderful and life changing tools and techniques to help prevent and better cope with them.
How I am different than most coaches:
I provide you with the right system, the right steps, and the right support with the right amount of accountability. I have a holistic approach to transformation. We work at your pace, we work as a team and we build your awareness for life-changing results.
