I work with people who want a better quality of life and do not accept the "norm" of unhealthy lifestyles, stress/anxiety, addictions, etc. that we adapt as coping mechanisms. My background: I have been a teacher of many subjects, business owner and manager of people in the tech industry. I have pursued a dream of being a successful touring musician, only to have realized a much smaller version of that. I have survived and recovered from addiction, depression and major injuries. Thru my own dark struggles of stress and anxiety I have discovered many wonderful and life changing tools and techniques to help prevent and better cope with them. How I am different than most coaches: I provide you with the right system, the right steps, and the right support with the right amount of accountability. I have a holistic approach to transformation. We work at your pace, we work as a team and we build your awareness for life-changing results. Clients I work with: 1) are ready for a shift or a transformation but may feel stuck or unsure of how to execute 2) know on some level that they are on the verge of something greater than what they've been experiencing 3) need a little guidance and nudging in realizing the best version of themselves 4) will learn the tools to help foster better health, mitigate and prevent everyday stress, anxiety, burnout and helplessness.
