Level Up CPD

Level Up CPD was founded by qualified QTS and aspiring teachers to empower professional development. In 2025 we held online focus groups with sports coaches and primary educators from various companies with the ambition to understand where they feel support is required. Through this data, we have created a development roadmap which focuses on several key content. Using this roadmap and tailored continued support, we believe we can develop confidence and competence in coaches and primary educators, so they are delivering the highest-quality standard of coaching at their provision.
