Levende Hav (Living Ocean)

Levende Hav is a national campaign led by Norges Miljøvernforbund (NMF), an independent Norwegian NGO founded in 1993, dedicated to environmental protection and climate justice through collective action. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Protecting the ocean through cleanup, education, and community action. Since 2016, Levende Hav has achieved the following impact along the Norwegian coastline: - Collected over 300 tons of marine waste - Educated more than 25000 students through outdoor learning - Engaged over 3,000 volunteers, including 150 long-term volunteers. -Partnered with over 1000 schools and 20+ organizations across the country.
