Levenhuk is a major European manufacturer of optical devices and instruments such as microscopes, telescopes, binoculars, monoculars, spotting scopes and accessories. The company is headquartered in Prague, Czech republic, with seven sales and delivery branches in Europe, and the United States with manufacturing facilities in China.
Right from the start in 2002 Levenhuk focused its efforts on underserved markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Levenhuk’s primary objective was to promote high-quality optics in these regions because of their insufficient supply and cost-sensitivity for most of the products available in the market at that time. Levenhuk took the opportunity to enter the market niche with a totally new product portfolio, having set the goal of making optics affordable for every customer. The success built on this step made it possible for the company to become a respected leader in the optics market, with the largest market share in Central Eastern Europe.
From day one, our company has approached product design with diligence and creativity. We design and manufacture microscopes, telescopes and binoculars including a market-winning designer series of telescopes and microscopes. Levenhuk also offers ready-to-use microscope slides, star charts, cleaning accessories for optics and educational materials on natural science.
