Leverage Lease, Inc. is a real estate investment firm that offers the user (tenant) of commercial real estate an opportunity to gain a 25% profit participation position in the real estate that it leases. This profit participation is gifted in recognition of the value that the tenant brings to the transaction. There is no capital required, or debt liabiilty assumed by the tenant.
