LEVIN Human Resources Development Limited, a firm with the aim to provide high value added human resources consulting services to her clients, was established in 1987.
By that time, it was a joint-venture between Chinese and French running on a small agency model. Up till the presence, the firm has practiced more than 20 years in the profession.
After 14 years of development from its establishment, the firm decided to further develop her organization, scope of services and geographic overage in the Pearl River Delta of China as her 1st phrase of significant development in the 21st century.
Besides, her scope of services is widened to cover recruitment, outsourcing, as well as business advisory.
Formerly she is mainly serving multi-national companies of European, American and Japanese origin.
Recently, due to rapid development of China economy and acceleration of clientsˇ business in China, her services are also extended to cover major brand names of Chinese enterprise.
Levin has always put her core values into practice and she will keep on moving ahead, both in quality service areas and geographic coverage.
