We are a consultancy firm that thinks globally and understands technology and the needs of tech-businesses. We aim to deliver the solutions not just as a traditional law firm but through the most transparent and efficient channels made available by modern technology. We further aim to expand into the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) sector to generate revenues by providing cheaper, yet competent, alternatives to businesses based in jurisdictions that have higher costs associated with legal, privacy, or compliance services. The product development side of the consultancy intends to take the form of Alternative Legal Service Provider which will leverage artificial intelligence and block-chain technologies to develop legal tools to automate legal research, document review, e-discovery, contract management etc. The unique selling point of the consultancy would be its focus and expertise in law and regulations related to emerging technologies and the business model that is different from traditional law firms.
