In the year 2011 the firm would incorporate its own corporate service company, Secured Management Services Ltd., which is a licensee of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas. The affiliate would inherit the Firm's commercial and corporate service matters as the practice would embrace a growing litigation practice where it makes regular appearances in the Magistrate's Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.
