Lex Quorum, providing consultancy services to investors, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and family offices in relation to finance, real estate, commercial matters and special situations. Finance: - Facilitating the introduction to and arranging finance with lenders including, clearing banks, debt funds and alternative lenders for the acquisition and development of real estate and general corporate lending. - Assisting with the negotiation of heads of terms for finance documentation, including arrangement fees. - Coordinating with lenders, accountancy professionals and legal advisers in relevant jurisdictions throughout the financing process. Real Estate: - Connecting real estate investors with vendors of on and off market real estate assets in the United Kingdom and Europe. - Arranging finance for the acquisition and/or development of real estate assets (including bridging finance). - Managing the acquisition and disposal process of real estate assets including the appointment and coordination of lenders, accountancy professionals and legal advisers. - Establishing real estate holding structures and maintaining the administration of the relevant entities. - Assisting with the ongoing management of real estate assets. Commercial Advisory: - Advising clients on a range of general corporate and commercial matters arising out of or in connection with their business and investment operations including the establishment of corporate structures. - Arranging finance for general corporate purposes (term and revolving credit facilities). - Advising on internal business policies. - Providing general company secretarial services. Special Situations: Assisting clients with a range of special situations including dispute resolution, the disposal of distressed real estate assets and public relations issues.
