Lex&Compliance provides advice to banks and other financial players (investment firms, asset managers, payment institutions, EMIs, insurance companies and brokers) in the field of banking law, financial market regulation, insurance regulation, after an experience of more than 20 years in banking and financial regulation and compliance. We provide assistance to the Control Functions (Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Internal Audit, Data Protection Officer) of banks and financial players in analysing sector regulations and in carrying out ex-ante and ex-post audits, under outsourcing arrangements (total or partial) or supporting internal managers. In a dynamic and constantly evolving market, we support fintech start-ups (e.g. crypto-asset service providers - CASPs, DLT registry managers) and crowdfunding service providers in authorisation procedures before the Authorities and in the implementation of organisational solutions, compliant with the regulations, necessary for the start-up of the activity, also through the outsourcing of Control Functions. We also provide advice in the areas of corporate governance, corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, and privacy law.
