Since February 2013, LEXELIANS may take advantage of the expertise of the AXTEN law firm, with which it entered into a partnership agreement. Through this partnership, LEXELIANS benefits from the full range of legal expertise and services of AXTEN, together with its offices in France (Paris, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence) and China (Shanghai). Established in 2012, AXTEN offers legal services in the main fields of business law, particularly in tax, labour, M&A and intellectual property law. Laurent Beauvoit has received several awards, including the “Revue Décideurs” Award in November 2011 for the Rising Team in ECM. The Legal 500 Paris 2013 recommended Laurent Beauvoit “for the quality of his follow up of listed companies. He is also involved in equity capital market deals as well as advising listed companies.
