LEXPLANNING is a law firm with an international vocation, focused on Estate Planning. It advises clients on international issues related to Spain or Spanish Law, in tax and inheritance matters, in their own language: French, Spanish or English. LEXPLANNING was born out of the desire to anticipate events arising from the internationalization of relations in order to implement strategies that take advantage of the concomitant presence of various legal systems. Paradoxically, it is precisely the complexity of this international context that is at the origin of numerous opportunities, vetoed in a local or national context. This international approach thus allows us to provide innovative solutions to complex legal issues, and from a global point of view.
