LexTech Institute

The LexTech Institute is a research center at the University of Neuchâtel which provides its researchers with a unique framework combining interdisciplinary research and real-world practice. We develop and maintain a global network of experts in the fields of law and technology. By doing so, we make sure our researchers have the necessary tools to study, analyze and understand the issues and challenges related to the development of digital technologies and their integration in all aspects of society. Our objective is to create an environment where innovative solutions can flourish and help pave the way towards a more interconnected society. Our Institute specializes in decentralized systems such as blockchain technology, in digital justice in the broad sense, namely access to justice for actors in the digital space, on the one hand, and the digitization of justice, on the other hand, and in the rights of individuals affected by the digital space and the evolution of personality in this environment.
