The Laboratory of Food Chemistry and Biochemistry is a member of LFoRCe and is led by Prof. Christophe Courtin, Prof. Arno Wouters, Dr. Kristof Brijs & Prof. Jan Delcour (Emeritus). 🎯Our mission is to generate basic insights in the structure and properties of food constituents, with a focus on cereals.
