Light for the World Kenya

Light for the World is a global disability and development organisation. We empower people with disabilities and enable eye health services in low-income countries. Over the last three decades we have contributed to improved health systems, enabled education for all, and amplified the voices of people with disabilities. In Kenya, Light for the World promotes socio-economic inclusion of people with disabilities. We focus on empowering people with disabilities by helping them build skills and access opportunities for growth. At the same time, we influence systemic changes to ensure people with disabilities thrive in inclusive environments. Our dual approach emphasizes individual empowerment alongside broader social transformation.
