I’m Laurance Hancock, an experienced Charity Founder and CEO in Blackpool who has worked in the sector for more than 20 years, with a particular focus on Youth & Community organisations. I only work with a small group of charities at any one time - and believe there must be a natural synergy present. I become an additional human resource for leadership teams and trustees to utilise as they best feel will benefit their charity. I have a proven track record of organisational growth, fundraising, strategic development, impact monitoring and sustainability. I have a deep understanding of the challenges that face small charities and community organisations.
