At LHPS we provide high-caliber HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) Management Services. We source, and vet new tenants, set up their contracts, as well as check them-in, and secure/register their deposits. With tenants that move out of an HMO room, we manage their check-out, including the return of their deposits. Additional support is also provided in the form of sourcing contractors for works to rooms, bathrooms, and internal or external electrical works, as well as maintenance related activities, such as fencing work and other external maintenance activities. If you are selling an HMO, we could also source a buyer for you through our extensive network of landlords.
