Creating an industry led space to explore and increase clarity on emerging and systemic risks. Liability Lens is a startup business with the intention of creating an independent educational conference for systemic and emerging liability risk. We are planning to launch the event in January 2025 and will feature sessions on different liability issues such as AI, biotech liability, updates on PFAS, Climate Change litigation and more.
