Libellula is a collective of family farmers in the hills just outside of Rome.
Father-daughter duo Julia and Camillo founded Libellula to support small-scale Italian olive farmers who were abandoning their groves due to the challenges of climate change.
By coming together as a collective, we pool our knowledge and resources, ensuring each farmer is able to keep their olive groves for many more generations to come – and share their exquisite extra virgin olive oil with those beyond just their small towns!
Because we use regenerative farming, Libellula is 3-6 times higher in polyphenols and antioxidants than typical extra virgin olive oil.
