Our practice is relational and approach is influenced by Black Feminist theory, Liberation Psychology, Complexity theory, Human Centred Design and trauma informed approaches.
Working alongside communities, networks and organisations, we critique existing knowledge that inform our mental models, behaviours, structures and processes.
We liberate minds by creating spaces where curiosity and imagination knows no limits and tap into overlooked knowledge systems to bring new perspectives to the challenges we face in society today and into the future.
Together we explore, learn and practice how to create, curate and apply knowledge to dismantle the systemic barriers that get in the way of creating a society that nurtures flourishing communities.
