Since it was originally established, Liberty Engineering has always been an electronic and electro-mechanical contract manufacturing company. It offers customers full service contract manufacturing support, including assembly only (consignment projects) as well as full turn-key support (purchase of all components plus assembly). Liberty Engineering provides assembly capability for through-hole and surface-mount electronic designs, as well as cable build and mechanical assembly. Electronic assembly capabilities include prototype, quick turn orders as well as low-to-medium volume production. Technical assembly capabilities include assembly of BGA, LGA, and QFN style components and passive components down to 0201 size on both manual and automatic placement equipment. X-Ray inspection is provided for BGA and LGA component assembly. Additionally, the company offers functional testing services allowing for ship-to-stock completed product support and can provide field service repair capability for any completed products shipped.
