Liberty is a non-profit organization founded by Giannis Kondraros in 2018 to train qualified guide dogs to serve and empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
A challenging task delivered with determination and focus on one vision:
To contribute to a world with greater inclusion and opportunity for people with disabilities by training guide dogs to become life changing partners for the blind or visually impaired people.
His vision inspired passionate supporters, gradually developing a growing community of people empowered by their goodwill, striving through hard work, donating their time, money, talents, and hearts for this mutual goal. All services provided by Liberty are free of charge, including personalized training and extensive alumni support, plus financial assistance for veterinary care, when needed. Liberty’s work is made possible by the generous support of our donors and volunteers as no government funding is received.
