Liberty Kitchen provides event catering for businesses and private celebrations. Operating close to Nottingham City Centre we serve all of Nottinghamshire and are available nationally. All our food starts with sourcing the very best local and organic ingredients from organic farms and small scale producers to make beautiful platters including charcuterie, cheeses and seasonal salads, along with hot dishes such as goat curry and Thai green curry, followed up by a range delicious desserts, by the portion, or whole cakes. We also make naked wedding cakes. Everything is handmade fresh to order. With our specialism in being able to provide for any dietary requirement you can make sure that all of your guests are catered for safely. We can even make the whole menu suited to the guests with dietary needs. We work with local Nottingham organisations, donating money from every hot meal that you buy so that a local person in need can have a hot meal too. We work on the condition that 80% of the food must be bought from a local supplier, putting money back in to the local economy. Packaging is eco-friendly, sustainable and bio-degradable, we offer crockery hire too, please ask. As well as providing catering to events, our cakes and savoury products are stocked in cafes and shops around the city centre.
