Liberty Rocketry's mission is to train world-class engineers that are also rich with the love of Christ.
The members of our team are willing to take valuable hours out of their week, despite their not-so-easy engineering courses, to innovate, design, and build high-power rockets for the purpose of accomplishing that mission. We compete in the world's largest Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) held by ESRA. In 2024, Liberty Rocketry placed 9th out of 122 teams from around the globe, cementing our position among the best rocketry teams in the world.
