We help you to take time for yourself through mindful movement. Our aim is to elevate body and consciousness to better living. We move to search for that state of balance between mind and body that makes us feel good. We move, we practice, we sweat, we smile, we meditate, we breathe. We encourage our community to practice meditation during their spare time, to appreciate and use the minutes in life in a mindful way, to start with a 5 minutes meditation while waiting for the dry of the Licia Florio nail polish. We create garments and objects giving them meaning and bringing them consciously into our lives and that takes our movement and our community one step further. We work with responsible production and high-end materials that don't compromise the performance like our signature 100% recycled fabric for the soft sports collection or GOTS cotton. We are also a plant-based beauty brand and we have developed nail care and nail polish vegan and cruelty-free line. We care for our present, future, nature, and people.
