LiDAC.com features two unique technology solutions.
"Employer Choice" platform features a traditional approach offering insurance products and services available on an employer paid and / or voluntary employee paid basis.
"Employee Choice" platform offers all voluntary products and services where the broker and their customer may elect to offer a defined ($$) contribution on behalf of each of their employees. Contributions are placed into an employee benefits bank and be used exclusively toward the purchase of their ancillary products.
