We are TailorMed! We are a start up in the digital healthcare industry and we’re on a journey to remove financial barriers to care for patients in the US. Our employees are key to making this vision a reality. Since 2018, TailorMed has been united under one goal: To make healthcare more accessible and affordable for U.S. patients through financial assistance and together, we are fulfilling our mission of moving mountains for patients. Here at Tailormed, we focus on developing and learning from one another and we continue to evolve by experimenting and expanding our knowledge and scope of work. All of this magic happens in a cheerful and a bit loud–in a good way, accepting place with great coworkers who have grown to be more like family. כיום אנחנו קרוב ל-100 עובדים ב-3 סייטים מרכזיים בישראל ובארה"ב, שמ-2017 לוקחים את הרקע הטכנולוגי שלנו, מערבבים עם האג'נדה, התשוקה והאמונה במה שאנחנו עושים וממשיכים לגדול ולתת פתרונות ליותר ויותר מטופלים ומוסדות רפואיים. בין לבין, אנחנו מתפתחים מקצועית ואישית, לומדים, מתנסים בסקייל סופר רחב של תפקידים, מרחיבים סמכויות ועושים שיפטינג לתפקידים מקבילים ובכירים יותר שתואמים את השאיפות שלנו. כל זה קורה עם אנשים שהופכים את המקום להכי מקבל, מצחיק ורועש (בקטע טוב!) ובסוף היום, אנחנו הולכים לישון בידיעה שהיום עזרנו לעוד אדם בצד השני של הגלובוס והפכנו את העולם לקצת יותר טוב :) אז אלו אנחנו, וזה המקום להציץ על העולם שלנו. מצטרפים?
