Life Insight for work: offering workplace counselling, conflict resolution, mediation, performance coaching and staff training. I have worked with clients in business, in industry and the charity and care sectors, helping them to address staff performance and motivation issues and remain productive, Life Insight for home: coaching and counselling for individuals for psychological, emotional, behavioural or performance issues. Working one-to-one with clients to help them reach their full potential. I also work with clients on relationship issues, including marital and family problems. I am a psychotherapist/counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist and coach. I am trained and skilled in helping people, groups or teams to overcome difficulties and develop their strengths. Using a bespoke approach with all clients, I will meet you first for an informal, no obligation chat about about how we might work together, then I will propose a solution or programme tailored to your needs and availability. I place a high value on developing rapport and trust with my clients with the result that most of my work comes from referrals from existing or previous clients. I practice at a lovely clinic in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, and am able to deliver my business services either at your own premises (anywhere in the UK) or at a suitable offsite location if preferred.
