Life Purpose Scan

The Life Purpose Scan™ (LPS) helps leaders quickly identify individuals within their sphere of influence who may struggle to consistently make good decisions. The LPS is an online experience that participants complete in 8-12 minutes. The participants receive a Growth Opportunity Dashboard and their leadership team receives a full Support Guide. Both translates the participants responses (self-talk) into insights and discovery questions that allow them to see elements that improve and limit their current decision making capacity. WHY DOES THIS MATTER? Because people's outward appearance and performance can fool even those most observant and attentive leaders.
