Life Rhythm, is a Mental Health Care Network, ed by Parvneet Kaur, Counselling Psychologist & Psychological first aid provider. with an aim to create positive community mental health & well-being. It is envisioned as a care unit that promotes positive community psychological well-being, by creating a network of support for them; providing psychological aid and assistance for varied mental health concerns, and facilitate coping effectively with the stressors and build & promote a state of positive well-being and mind. As the world is advancing people are becoming more and more aware, our effort is vested in the direction of bringing to you what you need. The Social work field in India is expanding, yet somehow we un-knowingly neglect a major proportion of our society. It is our long-held mission to provide psychological aid to people from neglected and marginalized background, rural and remote areas. At Life Rythm, we create an atmosphere for you where you can manifest and harness positive change(s) in your life and facilitate the building of community resilience from the inside out.
