Life Sciences Consulting Group was founded by Lee Feander in 2018, providing independent management consultants across life science sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical technology and providers (NHS and international). Three main services areas are addressed: Strategy Strategy definition and deployment, operating model design, footprint optimization, distribution network design M&A Commercial and operations due-diligence, carve-outs, post-merger integration Transformation Supply chain planning, operations improvement, lean, six-sigma, end-to-end supply chain transformation, procurement Projects can be delivered by individuals or through extended independent work. The business is based in London, but projects can be delivered internationally.
