Life Skills Therapy was founded in 2011 by Amit Kumar, Occupational Therapist, and Lakshmi Gupta, Occupational Therapist.
We are excited to offer a wide range of comprehensive services to meet the needs of adults, seniors, and pediatric clients. We specialize in rehabilitation of clients with brain injury, musculoskeletal injury, and other neurological, orthopaedic, and chronic impairments. Our experienced therapists focus on returning clients to the highest level of functioning possible using a community integrative approach. At Life Skills Therapy, we work with you in the real life setting of home and the community to create individual programs that are goal based and result oriented.
Services are covered by ICBC, private insurance providers, government ministries, government agencies, disability service associations, selected extended healthcare plans, law firms, and residential care facilities. Life Skills Therapy is also a part of WorkSafeBC Provider Network.
